A: To clean the cartridge first you need to shut off the water supply. Remove the handle(s)
and then the cartridge. Flush the cartridge with water and then soak for five minutes. Replace parts
in reverse order.

A: Operate the handle on off about 15-20 times. This will remove any air left in your supply lines.

Q: What is a ceramic disc valve?
A: Ceramic disc valves are a new type of valve design. They control the water flow by using two airtight discs that glides back and forth. The materials of the ceramic disc are as hard as diamonds. Q: Why is water pressure low or improper water pattern?
A: Make sure water supply valve is fully opened. Low pressure and improper water pattern could be caused by debris inside the aerator. Remove aerator by gently turning counter-clockwise, and then flush inside the aerator to clear away any debris. Install back and test.

Q: Why is the handle lose?
A: Your faucet's handle are designed to be interchangeable. Sometimes the handle might get lose if the set screw is not tighten inward enough. Use the included hex wrench to tighten.

Q: Why is water leaking from beneath the sink?
A: Make sure the upper gasket of the pop up is properly seated. Also you might want to further tighten the nut from underneath. Furthermore, the use of silicon or putty might help gaps seal better.

Q: How do I take care of my faucet finish?
A: We recommend you wash the faucet with a soft cloth and blot it dry with a clean, dry soft cloth. To remove hard water deposits and soap scum, use a 50/50 mix of vinegar or liquid Lysol® and water.

Q: How can I remove mineral deposits from my aerator?
A: Remove the aerator by turning it counterclockwise.
Soak it in vinegar overnight and flush it with water, rubbing it with a toothbrush if the deposits are stubborn.

Q: What do I do if my single-handle kitchen or lavatory faucet drips from the aerator?
A: You may have sediment or debris in your faucet.
To fix the leak:
Remove the aerator.
Turn off the water supplies.
Turn the faucet handle to the "on" position.
Turn the water on at the supply.
Flush the faucet and supply lines for one minute.
Wash any debris from the aerator before you replace it.
Turn off the water using the faucet handle.
With a damp cloth, remove mineral deposits by wiping out inside of the faucet body and the stainless steel liners

Q: What do I do if water leaks from my kitchen spout while my vegetable spray is in use?
A: You may have a problem with your diverter.
To access the diverter (single-handle faucet):
Shut off the water at the water supplies.
Remove the faucet handle.
Loosen the adjusting ring.
Remove the bonnet.
Remove the internal valve components – cam, packing and ball.
Slide off the spout assembly.
Remove the diverter from the front of the faucet body and check for debris. If you find debris, clean with vinegar and reassemble your faucet.
If the problem persists, we recommend replacing your faucet diverter
To access the diverter (two-handle faucet):
Shut off the water at the water supplies.
Remove the large spout nut (which holds the faucet spout in place).
Locate the diverter (a white plastic cylinder that contains indents on either side that accepts a flathead screwdriver or a nickel).
Unscrew the diverter.
Check for debris; clean any debris with vinegar.
Reassemble the faucet.
